A Japanese-style vegetable knife from Wüsthof's Classic Ikon line, with a wide, square-tipped 7" blade ground for fast, clean work on vegetables, herbs, and fruit. Precision-forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel and finished with the Classic Ikon's signature double bolster and contoured POM handle.
The PEtec edge is 20% sharper with twice the edge retention versus a standard forged edge. Made in Solingen, Germany — the City of Blades — by Wüsthof since 1814.
