Thank you for shopping with Muffet & Louisa. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship the items you order from muffetandlouisa.com.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. We are unable to ship to international addresses, including the United States, at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Some specialty items (such as Abyss Super Pile towels in non-stocked colours) are special-order and ship with a lead time of approximately one month. You will see lead-time information on the product page if applicable.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping based on order weight and value:

Free Standard Any (≥ $200 subtotal) $0

Orders heavier than 30 kg are uncommon in our catalogue. If you place an order that exceeds this weight, we will contact you to arrange shipping separately.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates from our carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote postal codes may take longer.

Carriers & Tracking

Canada Post is our preferred courier. Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at checkout. Select Pickup when you reach the shipping step to collect your order from our Sidney store at 107-2360 Beacon Avenue, Sidney, B.C. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours; you will receive an email notification once your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@muffetandlouisa.com with photos within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

For lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, please contact the carrier first to file a claim, then let us know so we can assist.

Returns

For returns, please see our Refund Policy. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
