These Terms of Service govern your use of muffetandlouisa.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Muffet & Louisa, located at 107-2360 Beacon Avenue, Sidney, B.C. Canada V8L 1X3. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colours, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, current, or that the colour you see on your screen exactly matches the physical item.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, including after an order has been confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send order confirmation by email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders that appear fraudulent, or cancel orders for items we cannot fulfill.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Full-price items may be returned within 60 days; sale items are final sale.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, photographs, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software) is the property of Muffet & Louisa or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muffet & Louisa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Muffet & Louisa be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased through it.
