Refund policy

Full-price items can be returned for exchange, cash, or credit within 60 days of purchase. Sale items are final sale.

To start a return, please email us at info@muffetandlouisa.com or call 250-656-0011 (Mon–Sat 11am–5:30pm Pacific) with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
