A pair of Peugeot's Appolia ramekins in soft ecru ceramic, with the handled silhouette that has become a signature of the line.
The ultra-smooth enamel releases cleanly and washes easily, and the ceramic moves from freezer to oven to dishwasher without complaint — rated from -20°C to 250°C. Sized for chocolate mousse, tiramisu, an individual gratin, or a single-portion vegetable tart. Each measures 11cm across, handles included.
