The All-Clad Stainless 16 Quart Stock Pot is sized for batch cooking—simmering a Sunday stock, blanching produce, or boiling pasta and corn for a crowd. Heavy-gauge stainless steel construction with a bonded aluminum-core base delivers fast, even heat and stable cooking on any burner.
Tall straight sides reduce evaporation, the polished stainless interior is non-reactive, and riveted stainless loop handles support a confident two-handed lift. Compatible with any stovetop, including induction. Comes with a fitted stainless lid.
