Where do you ship?
Across Canada only.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $14.90 for orders up to 2 kg and $21.90 from 2 to 30 kg. Express is $21.90 for orders up to 2 kg. Orders of $200 or more ship free by Standard shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days once shipped, express in 1 to 3. We email tracking when your order ships.

Pickup
Can I pick up in Sidney?
Yes, and it is free. Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email.
How soon is it ready?
Usually within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?
Full-price items can be returned within 60 days for exchange, cash or credit. Sale items are final.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us photos within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
