The essential trio for a working kitchen, drawn from Wüsthof's Classic Ikon line: an 8" chef's knife for everyday prep, a paring knife for small detailed work, and a serrated utility knife for tomatoes, citrus, and crusty bread. Each is precision-forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel with the Classic Ikon's double bolster and contoured POM handle.
Every blade is finished with Wüsthof's Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) — 20% sharper with twice the edge retention. Made in Solingen, Germany — the City of Blades — by Wüsthof since 1814.
