A short, curved-blade peeling knife from Wüsthof's Classic Ikon line, shaped for trimming, peeling, and detail work on vegetables and fruit — turning potatoes, hulling strawberries, paring apples. Precision-forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel with the Classic Ikon's signature double bolster and contoured POM handle.
The PEtec edge is 20% sharper with twice the edge retention. Made in Solingen, Germany — the City of Blades — by Wüsthof since 1814.
