Finished with the Classic Ikon's signature double bolster and contoured POM handle.
Sharpened with Wüsthof's Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) — 20% sharper with twice the edge retention. Made in Solingen, Germany — the City of Blades — by Wüsthof since 1814.

Free local pickup is available at our Sidney store, 107-2360 Beacon Avenue, usually ready within 24 hours.
