The 10" honing steel from Wüsthof's Classic Ikon line — the everyday tool for keeping a forged edge true. A few pulls before service realigns the cutting edge and extends the time between sharpenings. Finished with the Classic Ikon's contoured POM handle for a secure grip during use.
