The all-rounder of the Wüsthof Classic Ikon line — a forged chef's knife for mincing, chopping, and slicing meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables with equal ease. Precision-forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel, with the Classic Ikon's signature double bolster and contoured POM handle for professional balance and a secure grip.
Sharpened with Wüsthof's Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) for an edge that is 20% sharper with twice the edge retention. Made in Solingen, Germany — the City of Blades — by Wüsthof since 1814. Available in two sizes.

We ship across Canada via Canada Post, with orders processed in 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping is $14.90, free on orders $200 and over. Free local pickup is available at our Sidney store, 107-2360 Beacon Avenue, usually ready within 24 hours.
