The All-Clad G5 Graphite Core 2.5 Quart Saucier is built for foods that require frequent stirring or whisking—creamy sauces, risotto, polenta, and custards. Curved sides make it easy to incorporate ingredients, and the wider mouth allows for sauce reduction.
Patented 5-ply graphite construction heats with extraordinary speed, giving cooks a critical edge in timing and control. The riveted stainless handle is shaped for a confident chef's grip. Oven and broiler safe to 600°F. Compatible with any stovetop, including induction. Made in the USA with global components in All-Clad's Pennsylvania factory. This collection is lighter than other All-Clad lines but has excellent conduction properties
