All-Clad's Copper Core Fry Pan is built on patented 5-ply bonded construction with a fully exposed copper core at its center, giving cooks rapid, even heat from edge to edge and the responsive temperature control favored in professional kitchens. The pan is finished with the line's signature copper accent ring.
The polished stainless interior sears beautifully, and the long, vented stainless handles are double-riveted and shaped for a confident chef's grip. Flared edges allow for drip-free pouring. Oven and broiler safe to 600°F. Compatible with any stovetop, including induction. Made in the USA with global components in All-Clad's Pennsylvania factory.

Free local pickup is available at our Sidney store, 107-2360 Beacon Avenue, usually ready within 24 hours.
